"Star Lord, our remaining duty is to protect your safety. Wherever you go, we will follow."

The four spoke in unison.

Long Tian's face twitched.

He snorted lightly and said, "I have some business to attend to outside. If you can keep up, then follow!"

He had come to understand that trying to shake off these four with words was impossible.

The only way was to use his speed to lose them.

After losing them, he would hurry back to the demon race and clear up all the misunderstandings.

Of course, he had also considered taking the four out and killing them before returning to the demon race.

"Star Lord, why have you suddenly stopped?"

Yet, he still hadn't shaken them off?

What made his scalp tingle even more was that these four hadn't caught up from behind but had flown in from the front.

"Seeing the Star Lord rushing in this direction, we knew you must have important business to attend to. As Star God Guards, it is our duty to scout the path ahead for the Star Lord and eliminate any threats."

"We just didn't know why the Star Lord suddenly stopped, so we turned back to await your instructions."

The four Star God Guards bowed their heads respectfully.

"Turned... turned back..."
